CSV Easy
A single user or site wide license entitles you to full support through email and the forums. All updates are free within the same major version. Subsequent major version releases will require an upgrade fee to be paid, although at a reduced price. There are no annual maintenance fees.Support queries emailed directly or posted within the forums will be acknowledged within 24 hours. Resolutions will be determined within 48 hours of acknowledgement. Please note these timings are best effort estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Data Gopher
There are no annual maintenance or upgrade fees as this product is available at no charge.Support queries emailed directly or posted within the forums will be acknowledged and resolved as soon as possible with no guaranteed timescales.
